Seg\u00fan ha explicado el director-gerente del centro hospitalario, Pedro Hern\u00e1ndez Jim\u00e9nez, \u201cel alumnado que realice esta formaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica en nuestro hospital, podr\u00e1 tener un contacto directo con el ambiente laboral real de nuestro centro y conocer las distintas funciones y competencias de los perfiles de trabajo que desempe\u00f1e en nuestro hospital. De esta manera, contribuimos a facilitar su futura inserci\u00f3n profesional\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pr\u00f3ximo mes de diciembre comenzar\u00e1 esta formaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica, que se desarrollar\u00e1 en las instalaciones de Ribera Hospital de Molina durante ochenta horas y que se centrar\u00e1 en com-petencias t\u00e9cnicas de limpieza hospitalaria, tutorizadas por un profesional del propio centro hospitalario. Las personas participantes en el programa \u201cSegundas Oportunidades para la Formaci\u00f3n y el Aprendizaje\u201d, financiado por el Fondo Social Europeo a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Trabajo y Econom\u00eda Social, conocer\u00e1n de primera mano el ambiente laboral real de un centro hospitalario, as\u00ed como el sistema de relaciones laborales del centro de trabajo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa \u201cSegundas oportunidades para la formaci\u00f3n y el aprendizaje\u201d se enmarca dentro del proyecto \u201cPrograma Operativo de Empleo Joven\u201d (POEJ), cuyo objetivo es mejorar el nivel educativo, la empleabilidad y la situaci\u00f3n laboral de las personas mayores de 16 a\u00f1os y menores de 30 no ocupadas ni integradas en los sistemas de educaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n, y que Cruz Roja desarrolla desde el a\u00f1o 2016.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los participantes en el programa \u201cSegundas oportunidades para la formaci\u00f3n y el aprendizaje\u201d de la organizaci\u00f3n social conocer\u00e1n el ambiente laboral real de un centro hospitalario, as\u00ed como el sistema de relaciones laborales del centro de trabajo&nbsp;
