{"id":3940,"date":"2024-06-12T14:19:44","date_gmt":"2024-06-12T14:19:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/rsc\/?p=3940"},"modified":"2024-06-12T14:19:52","modified_gmt":"2024-06-12T14:19:52","slug":"los-centros-de-salud-de-crevillent-y-carrus-impulsan-talleres-informativos-para-la-prevencion-de-la-hepatitis-a-en-migrantes-viajeros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/rsc\/2024\/06\/12\/los-centros-de-salud-de-crevillent-y-carrus-impulsan-talleres-informativos-para-la-prevencion-de-la-hepatitis-a-en-migrantes-viajeros\/","title":{"rendered":"Los centros de salud de Crevillent y Carr\u00fas impulsan talleres informativos para la prevenci\u00f3n de la Hepatitis A en migrantes viajeros"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La poblaci\u00f3n migrante no inmunizada frente al virus de la hepatitis A tiene riesgo de adquirir la infecci\u00f3n al viajar a sus pa\u00edses<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Los centros de salud de Crevillent y Carr\u00fas, de la red de centros de atenci\u00f3n primaria del&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vinaloposalud.com\/\">Departamento de Salud del Vinalop\u00f3<\/a>, del grupo&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.riberasalud.com\/\">Ribera<\/a>, han puesto en marcha una serie de talleres informativos dirigidos a la prevenci\u00f3n de la hepatitis A entre la poblaci\u00f3n migrante y los viajeros en coordinaci\u00f3n con el departamento de Salud P\u00fablica de Elche y diferentes entidades de las zonas b\u00e1sicas fomentando las intervenciones sanitarias participativas enmarcadas dentro de nuestros consejos b\u00e1sicos de salud. Esta iniciativa tiene como objetivo proporcionar informaci\u00f3n esencial y medidas preventivas para reducir la incidencia de esta enfermedad infecciosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los migrantes viajeros son el grupo de viajeros con mayor riesgo de adquirir infecciones prevenibles durante sus viajes por las caracter\u00edsticas de los mismos, como la larga duraci\u00f3n o el contacto estrecho con poblaci\u00f3n local o con zonas rurales. Adem\u00e1s, debido a la falta de percepci\u00f3n de riesgo sobre estos viajes, sus consultas sanitarias antes del viaje, suelen ser escasas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La poblaci\u00f3n migrante no inmunizada (v\u00eda natural o vacunal) frente al virus de la hepatitis A tiene riesgo de adquirir la infecci\u00f3n al viajar a sus pa\u00edses, que despu\u00e9s pueden transmitir cuando regresan a Espa\u00f1a. Su detecci\u00f3n antes del viaje es esencial para programar la vacunaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os y adolescentes migrantes o hijos de migrantes, antes del viaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2016 y 2019 se notificaron brotes de hepatitis A en menores de edad en varios n\u00facleos familiares magreb\u00edes de los departamentos de salud del Centro de Salud P\u00fablica de Elche (CSP-Elche).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la pandemia, con la reactivaci\u00f3n de los viajes se gestionan desde las Zonas B\u00e1sicas de Crevillent y Carrus intervenciones con la comunidad magreb\u00ed, en su mayor parte, orientadas al fomento de la vacunaci\u00f3n antes de viajar y con el objetivo de mantener a cero los brotes de Hepatitis A en el \u00e1mbito escolar. Cabe destacar que, tanto en el curso 2022 como en el del 2023 no se han registrado brotes en el departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La hepatitis A es una infecci\u00f3n viral que afecta el h\u00edgado y se transmite principalmente a trav\u00e9s del consumo de agua o alimentos contaminados. Las personas que viajan a \u00e1reas con saneamiento deficiente y alta prevalencia de la enfermedad est\u00e1n en mayor riesgo. La comunidad migrante, que a menudo viaja entre distintos pa\u00edses, tambi\u00e9n puede verse particularmente afectada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La poblaci\u00f3n
