Una propuesta que hab\u00eda quedado paralizada con la pandemia y que ha vuelto a incluirse en las actividades que las matronas realizan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El embarazo es un periodo en el que la capacidad creativa e intuitiva de las mujeres embarazas est\u00e1 en auge y, fomentarla, permite que las mam\u00e1s y sus parejas puedan vivir con m\u00e1s intensidad la conexi\u00f3n con sus beb\u00e9s. Adem\u00e1s, la expresi\u00f3n art\u00edstica genera endorfinas (las hormonas capaces de producir felicidad) que se transmiten al beb\u00e9, favoreciendo as\u00ed su bienestar. Por otro lado, la segregaci\u00f3n de esta hormona ayudar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n en el momento del parto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este tipo de actividades permiten que nuestro cuerpo libere endorfinas y nos sintamos mejor con nosotros mismos. Los talleres de creatividad pretenden conseguir que las futuras mam\u00e1s y sus parejas salgan de la rutina y aumente el valor personal que permite al organismo liberar estas \u201chormonas de la felicidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/rsc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/taller-de-pintabarrigas-1.jpg\" alt=\"pintabarrigas\" class=\"wp-image-1778\" srcset=\"https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/rsc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/taller-de-pintabarrigas-1.jpg 800w, https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/rsc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/taller-de-pintabarrigas-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/rsc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/taller-de-pintabarrigas-1-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Las mujeres y sus parejas del departamento de salud cuentan con infinidad de charlas, talleres e iniciativas encaminas a mejorar su bienestar y humanizar el proceso de embarazo, parto y puerperio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las parejas y familiares han tenido la oportunidad de expresar sus deseos hacia la llegada del beb\u00e9, en un mural donde han plasmado aquellos mensajes de \u201cbienvenida\u201d que cada pareja ha querido dedicar a sus beb\u00e9s. Las matronas, adem\u00e1s, han repartido a las mam\u00e1s y sus parejas ejemplos de \u201cafirmaciones positivas\u201d para facilitarles herramientas para trabajar los miedos e inquietudes que surgen a la hora de pensar en el momento del parto. \u201cEstas frases ayudan a que la mujer conf\u00ede en el proceso del parto como proceso fisiol\u00f3gico y que recuerden que toda mujer est\u00e1
