As\u00ed, m\u00e1s de 100 torrejoneras han recibido consejos pr\u00e1cticos e informaci\u00f3n aplicable en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda para mejorar su bienestar emocional y sus h\u00e1bitos alimenticios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En concreto, las sesiones sobre salud mental y h\u00e1bitos saludables incluyeron una exposici\u00f3n sobre el conocimiento y el manejo de las emociones, la importancia de las relaciones sociales, la familia y el ocio. Adem\u00e1s, los profesionales de la Unidad de Salud Mental hicieron hincapi\u00e9 en lo relevante que es seguir h\u00e1bitos saludables en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda para el bienestar mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la misma manera, las profesionales de Enfermer\u00eda de Endocrinolog\u00eda han ofrecido talleres sobre una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada. En estas sesiones las participantes recibieron informaci\u00f3n sobre el papel clave de la nutrici\u00f3n en las diferentes etapas de la vida de la mujer, as\u00ed como los factores de riesgo a los que se exponen y recomendaciones para llevar una dieta sana, variada y equilibrada que les proporcione los nutrientes necesarios.
