Un nuevo sistema que permite conocer, en tiempo real, d\u00f3nde se encuentra y qu\u00e9 pruebas est\u00e1n realizando a la persona ingresada.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><\/div>\n<p><a name='more'><\/a><b style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona el nuevo sistema de informaci\u00f3n<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>en urgencias?<\/b><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">El nuevo sistema de informaci\u00f3n es realmente un sistema de trazabilidad del itinerario asistencial que realiza el paciente desde su llegada al Servicio de<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Urgencias hasta su alta del mismo.<o:p><\/o:p><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">Cuando el paciente acude y se dirige a la recepci\u00f3n se le administra un c\u00f3digo alfa-num\u00e9rico \u2013para preservar su intimidad- . No obstante, en un futuro muy cercano, que estimamos en dos o tres semanas, queremos aportarle m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n al tiempo de espera estimado, dependiendo de su priorizaci\u00f3n y del estado de ocupaci\u00f3n del Servicio de Urgencias . <o:p><\/o:p><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">Con respecto a los familiares, ellos est\u00e1n m\u00e1s tranquilos dado que est\u00e1n informados en tiempo real de las actuaciones de su familiar, y del estado de dichas actuaciones.<o:p><\/o:p><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 beneficios tiene para los profesionales de urgencias ?<o:p><\/o:p><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">Para el personal de urgencias, este servicio supone una disminuci\u00f3n de la presi\u00f3n que ejercen los familiares en busca de informaci\u00f3n. <o:p><\/o:p><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el procedimiento que debe seguir el personal de urgencias con el nuevo sistema?<o:p><\/o:p><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">Nuestro hospital dispone de un sistema de informatizaci\u00f3n muy elevado, realmente la mayor de las trazas se capturan de forma autom\u00e1tica por el sistema, por ejemplo, al realizar el RAC, escribir el informe o solicitar e informar una prueba diagn\u00f3stica. <o:p><\/o:p><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo cree usted que repercutir\u00e1<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>en la visi\u00f3n que pacientes y familiares tienen el hospital?<o:p><\/o:p><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">Nuestro compromiso<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>es mejorar<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>la calidad en la atenci\u00f3n y pensamos que \u00e9sta es una herramienta m\u00e1s en esa mejora continua.
