Los alimentos propios de la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea son los aliados de esta dieta saludable: hortalizas, verduras, fruta, aceite de olvida, carne y pescado.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Ejercicio diario<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dedicar 30 minutos al d\u00eda a cualquier deporte (running, nataci\u00f3n, deportes de equipo, caminar&#8230;) ayuda a mantenerse en forma y mejora la calidad de vida de personas que hayan sufrido enfermedades cardiovasculares.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u00a1No fumar!<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es uno de los consejos fundamentales, ya que el consumo de tabaco aumenta el riesgo de sufrir ataques cardiacos.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Practica una alimentaci\u00f3n cardiosaludable: equilibrada y variada. Las frutas, verduras, hortalizas, pescado, aceite de oliva, carnes magras, cereales y l\u00e1cteos desnatados no deben faltar en tu cocina. Al sufrir hipertensi\u00f3n este nivel debe controlarse constantemente y mantenerse siempre por debajo de este indicador.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Comprueba tu nivel de glucosa<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y tambi\u00e9n del colesterol.
