Este acuerdo, alcanzado por unanimidad entre la direcci\u00f3n del hospital y la representaci\u00f3n legal de las personas trabajadoras, incorpora nuevas medidas que refuerzan el compromiso del centro con la mejora de las condiciones laborales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los objetivos de este Plan de Igualdad est\u00e1 fomentar la cultura de igualdad en el centro de trabajo, asegurando el principio de igualdad de trato y de oportunidades entre hombres y mujeres, y garantizar procesos de selecci\u00f3n no discriminatorios por raz\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se har\u00e1 un trabajo activo por la sensibilizaci\u00f3n en materia de igualdad y perspectivas de g\u00e9nero, as\u00ed como por favorecer la igualdad de oportunidades y promover una cultura que facilite la conciliaci\u00f3n y la corresponsabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Plan de Igualdad incluye un protocolo para la prevenci\u00f3n y detecci\u00f3n del acoso en el trabajo, para lo cual se ha creado adem\u00e1s una comisi\u00f3n para la mediaci\u00f3n en los conflictos, as\u00ed como un protocolo de detecci\u00f3n y tratamiento de situaciones de violencia de g\u00e9nero. Este III Plan de Igualdad tendr\u00e1 una vigencia temporal de 4 a\u00f1os, hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2028. Se ha constituido una comisi\u00f3n de evaluaci\u00f3n y seguimiento, y se ha designado a un responsable de igualdad, que ser\u00e1 la persona de referencia para este tipo de cuestiones.
