Esto es muy com\u00fan en las <strong>mermeladas sin az\u00facar<\/strong>. Pero si que ser\u00e1n <strong>menos cal\u00f3ricos<\/strong> aquellos alimentos cuyo az\u00facar haya sido sustituido por <strong>edulcorantes no cal\u00f3ricos<\/strong> como la sacarina, aspartamo, ciclamato, estevia etc.<br><br>Tener presente tambi\u00e9n que <strong>\u201csin az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos\u201d<\/strong> no significa que no contenga nada de az\u00facares el alimento, sino que <strong>no se la ha a\u00f1adido m\u00e1s az\u00facar del que aportan de forma natural los ingredientes<\/strong> que componen al mismo.<br><br>Un alimento tiene un contenido de az\u00facar:<br>&#8211; <strong>Alto<\/strong> si posee <strong>10 o m\u00e1s gramos<\/strong> de az\u00facar por cada 100 gramos.<br>&#8211; <strong>Moderado<\/strong> entre<strong> 5 y 10 gramos<\/strong> de az\u00facar por cada 100 gramos.<br>&#8211;<strong> Bajo<\/strong> si tiene <strong>menos de 5 gramos<\/strong> de az\u00facar por cada 100 gramos.<br><br>Aquellas personas con <strong>diabetes<\/strong> o que tienen los <strong>triglic\u00e9ridos altos<\/strong> es muy importante que se fijen en el contenido de az\u00facares y que escojan aquellos alimentos de menos contenido por ejemplo en los cereales de desayuno, galletas donde hay grandes diferencias de contenido de az\u00facares entre las distintas marcas y tipos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AZ\u00daCARES &#8211; Bajo contenido en az\u00facares: &#8211; Sin az\u00facares: &#8211; Sin az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos: Sin embargo, si el alimento contiene de modo natural az\u00facares deber\u00e1 figurar &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;la menci\u00f3n \u201ccontiene az\u00facares naturalmente presentes\u201d.
