Para todos aquellos que les resulte inc\u00f3modo tomar fruta fresca les proponemos otra opci\u00f3n:<strong> Frutos Secos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20210127080441im_\/https:\/\/www.polusa.es\/media\/img\/file0001036496094(1).jpg\" alt=\"Frutos Secos\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La ingesta de frutos secos es una buena opci\u00f3n para que los ni\u00f1os de cierta edad los tomen a la hora del recreo. No son aconsejables para ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os y ancianos porque requieren una buena masticaci\u00f3n, aunque los pueden ingerir en pasta o crema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los frutos secos proporcionan muchas calor\u00edas, grasas y prote\u00ednas por lo que no deber\u00edan ser considerados como simples golosinas para picar, sino como<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;un aut\u00e9ntico y nutritivo alimento. Los d\u00edas que se realiza ejercicio y los meses de invierno son los mejores momentos para consumir frutos secos por la energ\u00eda que aportan.<br>Diversas investigaciones confirman su acci\u00f3n protectora de las arterias y reductora del nivel de colesterol.<br>&nbsp;Los expertos aconsejan que el consumo de frutos secos se utilice como \u00abprimera herramienta terap\u00e9utica\u00bb para bajar los niveles de colesterol, ya que contribuyen a reducir el colesterol perjudicial sin afectar al saludable.<br><br><br>Los frutos secos cumplen un papel muy importante en dos tipos de alimentaci\u00f3n:<br><br><strong>1-Dieta mediterr\u00e1nea:<\/strong><br>Los efectos cardiosaludables de este tipo de alimentaci\u00f3n se deben, en buena parte, al consumo abundante de frutos secos.<br><br><strong>2-Alimentaci\u00f3n vegetariana:<\/strong><br>constituyen&nbsp; un alimento fundamental para los vegetarianos por contener muchas prote\u00ednas y no contener \u00e1cido \u00farico ni colesterol.<br><br><br>Son muchos los que se privan de las numerosas propiedades salut\u00edferas de los frutos secos, simplemente porque temen subir de peso al consumirlos.<br>Ciertamente, los frutos secos son ricos en calor\u00edas; pero su grasa, constituida por \u00e1cidos grasos mono o poliinsaturados, son f\u00e1cilmente metabolizadas en&nbsp; el organismo<br>&nbsp;y no tiene tendencia a depositarse.<br>A igualdad de calor\u00edas, los frutos secos provocan menos dep\u00f3sito de grasa, es decir, engordan menos que la carne, los embutidos, quesos grasos o los dulces refinados.<br>El llamado estudio RENO mostr\u00f3 que generalmente los consumidores habituales de frutos secos se ocupaban m\u00e1s de su salud y pesan menos que quienes no los ingieren.<br>Podemos asegurar que los frutos secos no engordan si se toman en lugar de otros alimentos ricos en calor\u00edas, no adem\u00e1s de ellos.<br>Si nuestro objetivo es perder peso podemos incorporar un pu\u00f1ado de frutos secos a diario.<br>Esto no supone un exceso de calor\u00edas y nos va a dar nutrientes de calidad.<br>Podemos tomar los frutos secos en el desayuno, o a media ma\u00f1ana o en la merienda junto con un yogur o una pieza de fruta.<br>Se aconseja comerlos crudos o poco tostados (no fritos) y sin sal.<br><br>En los pr\u00f3xmos d\u00edas continuaremos esta informaci\u00f3n nutricional sobre algunos de los frutos secos m\u00e1s populares.
