La mejor dieta a seguir seg\u00fan los especialistas es la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea, que se caracteriza por un alto contenido de frutas, verduras, pescado azul, legumbres, frutos secos y aceite de oliva.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que hoy os ofrecemos una serie de consejos nutricionales para prevenir enfermedades cardiovasculares y\u00a0una dieta cardiosaludable.<\/p>\n<h3>Tomar frutas y hortalizas todos los d\u00edas<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px; letter-spacing: 0.05em; line-height: 36px; text-align: justify; color: #000000; background-color: transparent;\">Se recomienda cinco piezas de fruta y hortalizas al d\u00eda, pero no m\u00e1s de un zumo diario, pues tiene un menor efecto saciante y no tiene las mismas propiedades nutritivas que la pieza entera. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px; letter-spacing: 0.05em; line-height: 36px; text-align: justify; color: #000000; background-color: transparent;\">Tambi\u00e9n hay que evitar las verduras precocinadas o envasadas, pues suelen tener un alto contenido en sal. Lo aconsejable es hacerlas al vapor y, llegado el caso, cocinarlas o aderezarlas con aceite de oliva.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Limitar la sal<\/h3>\n<p>Se ha demostrado que limitar el consumo de sal a 3 gramos diarios, aporta los mismos beneficios para la salud que dejar de fumar.<\/p>\n<h3>Los cereales, mejor integrales<\/h3>\n<p>Los cereales (arroz, trigo, mijo, centeno, etc.) que se suelen tomar son mayoritariamente refinados. Sin embargo, las cualidades cardiosaludables de los integrales, los que no han sido procesados, son determinantes, ya reducen el riesgo de diabetes tipo 2, hipertensi\u00f3n arterial, enfermedades del coraz\u00f3n e incluso c\u00e1ncer.<\/p>\n<h3>Legumbres<\/h3>\n<p>Hay que garantizar la presencia de legumbres en la dieta, pero cuidado al prepararlas: conviene evitar platos con un alto contenido en grasa (cocido, fabada, etc.).<\/p>\n<h3>Frutos secos<\/h3>\n<p>Los expertos recomiendan consumir regularmente frutos secos, pues se ha demostrado su beneficio a la hora de mantener la salud cardiovascular. Es suficiente tomar 2-3 nueces diarias, por ejemplo en el desayuno.<\/p>\n<h3>M\u00e1s pescado y menos carne roja<\/h3>\n<p>Los pescados como las sardinas, caballa, at\u00fan o salm\u00f3n aportan grasas monosaturadas y poliinsaturadas, adem\u00e1s de \u00e1cidos grasos esenciales, como es el caso del Omega 3.<\/p>\n<h3>Los l\u00e1cteos, desnatados<\/h3>\n<p>El aporte de calcio de la leche y sus derivados es un fundamental para evitar la osteoporosis, pero su grasa es perjudicial para la salud cardiovacular. Por esta raz\u00f3n es preferible que las personas mayores consuman los l\u00e1cteos desnatados.<\/p>\n<h3>Huevos,\u00a0no m\u00e1s de 4\u00a0a la semana.<\/h3>\n<h3>Evitar bebidas azucaradas y alcoh\u00f3licas.<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3598\" src=\"https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/juan-cardona\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Menu-Dieta-Mediterranea.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1342\" height=\"755\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #00e9ff;\">Adem\u00e1s, una parte importante de la dieta cardiosaludable radica en la manera de cocinar los alimentos.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Hacer las verduras al vapor, las carnes y pescados a la plancha, no hacer platos muy elaborados o especiados y limitar a m\u00ednimos la sal son la mejor recomendaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L<\/strong>os especialistas en alimentaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n recomiendan hacer cinco comidas al d\u00eda: desayuno, almuerzo, comida, merienda y cena. Esto evita picar entro horas.
