En Espa\u00f1a, hay m\u00e1s de 22 millones de mujeres y, seg\u00fan datos del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica (INE), la esperanza de vida de las mujeres en nuestro pa\u00eds se sit\u00faa en 82,9 a\u00f1os y se calcula que alcanzar\u00e1 85,1 a\u00f1os en 2020. De ellas, m\u00e1s de 8 millones tienen <a href=\"https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/juan-cardona\/como-afrontar-los-sintomas-de-la-menopausia-precoz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">50 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s<\/a>, edad media de la menopausia. Estas cifras justifican plenamente que intentemos ense\u00f1arles <span style=\"color: #ff255a;\">como aliviar los s\u00edntomas de la menopausia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Estas cifras, junto con los cambios socioculturales en la mujer de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, ha repercutido en modificaciones en la actitud de la mujer ante la menopausia y, al mismo tiempo en la actitud de los <a href=\"https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/juan-cardona\/servicio-de-ginecologia-en-el-hospital-juan-cardona-0-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ginec\u00f3logos<\/a>\u00a0en el manejo de los trastornos asociados a esta nueva etapa de la vida.<\/p>\n<p>La actitud de las mujeres es m\u00e1s positiva que hace unos a\u00f1os y m\u00e1s activa en la participaci\u00f3n en las decisiones cl\u00ednicas y de tratamiento que afectan a su calidad de vida. En este sentido, la mujer es m\u00e1s protagonista que nunca de su bienestar y est\u00e1 cada vez m\u00e1s interesada en el concepto global de salud.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante <span style=\"color: #ff255a;\">sigue siendo importante que la mujer no olvide acudir a su ginec\u00f3logo ante los s\u00edntomas de la menopausia<\/span>, s\u00f3lo as\u00ed podremos ayudarlas, ya que la transici\u00f3n a esta nueva etapa de la vida de la mujer debe considerarse como una oportunidad para acudir al m\u00e9dico, evaluando los posibles factores de riesgos de las enfermedades m\u00e1s comunes en esa etapa como: <a href=\"https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/juan-cardona\/beneficios-de-comer-menos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">obesidad<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/juan-cardona\/parches-de-grafeno-para-la-diabetes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">diabetes<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/juan-cardona\/consejos-nutricionales-para-prevenir-enfermedades-cardiovasculares\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">enfermedades cardiovasculares<\/a>, osteoporosis y osteoartritis, incontinencia, deterioro cognitivo y demencia, depresi\u00f3n y c\u00e1ncer.<\/p>\n<p>Muchos de estos problemas pueden aliviarse con el tratamiento adecuado; adem\u00e1s la menopausia constituye una oportunidad de desarrollar estrategias preventivas para mejorar la calidad de vida y aumentar la longevidad. Debemos modificar la actitud y prejuicios que tenemos con respecto a la menopausia y aprender estrategias para manejar emociones como la tristeza o la ansiedad. Es el momento de centrarnos m\u00e1s en nuestro cuidado y crecimiento personal y pensar en nosotras mismas.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff255a;\">Dec\u00e1logo de prevenci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deje de fumar.<\/li>\n<li>Reduzca el consumo de alcohol.<\/li>\n<li>Haga ejercicio aer\u00f3bico regular.<\/li>\n<li>Siga una dieta saludable.<\/li>\n<li>Controle el peso corporal.<\/li>\n<li>Participe en actividades mentalmente motivadoras.<\/li>\n<li>Acuda al m\u00e9dico cuando tenemos que ir m\u00e1s de 6-8 veces al d\u00eda a orinar y por la noche no descansa bien, porque nos tiene que levantarse para ir al servicio.
