Hoy os vamos a hablar sobre la importancia de llevar una dieta rica en fibra.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En la fibra\u00a0\u00a0se incluyen compuestos de la pared celular vegetal, y algunos otros compuestos necesarios para el crecimiento celular, sustancias segregadas por las plantas y algunos polisac\u00e1ridos. <strong>La fibra diet\u00e9tica tiene un importante papel en el tiempo de tr\u00e1nsito intestinal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4011\" src=\"https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/juan-cardona\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/dieta-firba.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"4345\" height=\"2444\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la fermentaci\u00f3n de la fibra en el colon tiene un importante papel en el mantenimiento de la salud de nuestras c\u00e9lulas col\u00f3nicas, contribuyendo a su salud. Tienen propiedades distintas, por lo que se recomendar\u00e1n de forma diferente atendiendo a cada caso.<\/p>\n<h5>FIBRA SOLUBLE<\/h5>\n<p>Es la que se encuentra en alimentos como las\u00a0<strong>legumbres, frutas, verduras<\/strong>\u00a0y tambi\u00e9n en ciertos cereales como la cebada y avena. Como esta fibra s\u00ed se puede solubilizar en agua, cuando entra en contacto con el l\u00edquido forma una especie de gel, aumentando de forma significativa su volumen y su capacidad para circular por el intestino.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La podemos obtener de:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Cereales: Avena (sobretodo el salvado de avena) y cebada.<br \/>\nLegumbres: Guisantes y jud\u00edas blancas (en el interior, por lo que se recomienda pasarlas por el pasapur\u00e9).<br \/>\nManzana (sin piel).<br \/>\nPl\u00e1tano maduro (sin las hebras).<br \/>\nN\u00edsperos (sin piel).<br \/>\nCaqui sharoni o persimon (sin piel).<\/p>\n<p>En este tipo de fibra, adem\u00e1s de un est\u00edmulo del sistema digestivo se\u00a0<strong>reduce el tiempo de tr\u00e1nsito intestinal<\/strong>, algo muy beneficioso para nuestra salud. Retrasa el vaciamiento del est\u00f3mago, proporcionando sensaci\u00f3n de saciedad. Tambi\u00e9n aumenta el volumen de las heces y mejora la flora intestinal.<\/p>\n<h5>FIBRA INSOLUBLE<\/h5>\n<p>La consecuencia nutricional m\u00e1s importante de este tipo de fibra es que <strong>no es atacada por la flora intestinal en el colon, por lo que se excreta tal cual por las heces.<\/strong> Estas caracter\u00edsticas permiten\u00a0aumentar la movilidad intestinal, sobre todo del colon, ayudando a prevenir y mitigar ciertos trastornos digestivos como el estre\u00f1imiento.<\/p>\n<p>La podemos obtener de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"icon-right-dir dt-icon-square\"><\/i>\u00a0Cereales integrales.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-right-dir dt-icon-square\"><\/i>\u00a0Frutos secos.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-right-dir dt-icon-square\"><\/i>\u00a0Frutas (mejor con piel).<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-right-dir dt-icon-square\"><\/i>\u00a0Legumbres con piel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>CONSEJOS PARA SEGUIR UNA DIETA RICA EN FIBRA<u><br \/>\n<\/u><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"icon-right-dir dt-icon-square\"><\/i>\u00a0Tomar al menos de 2 a 3 raciones de fruta al d\u00eda. Escogerlas maduras, crudas, de proximidad y comer la piel de las que tengan piel comestible.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-right-dir dt-icon-square\"><\/i>\u00a0Tomar frutos secos al menos 2-3 veces a la semana.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-right-dir dt-icon-square\"><\/i>\u00a0Tomar 2-3 raciones de verdura al d\u00ed<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-right-dir dt-icon-square\"><\/i>\u00a0Incluir en la alimentaci\u00f3n legumbres 2-3 veces por semana.
