Trastornos del sue\u00f1o, que tambi\u00e9n afecta a los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os de la casa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtecenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/hospital-de-molina\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/diasueno.jpg\" style=\"height:140px; width: auto;\"> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hospitaldemolina.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Neurofisiologia20-20Dr.20Antonio20Mtnez20Robledo20-20Foto201.jpg\" style=\"height:140px; width: auto;\"><\/p>\n<p>Con motivo del <strong>D\u00eda Mundial del Sue\u00f1o<\/strong>, que se celebra el pr\u00f3ximo <strong>viernes 17 de marzo<\/strong>, el responsable de la <strong>Unidad de Neurofisiolog\u00eda del Hospital de Molina<\/strong>, <strong>Dr. Antonio Mart\u00ednez Robledo<\/strong>, recuerda la importante repercusi\u00f3n que un adecuado h\u00e1bito de sue\u00f1o tiene en la actividad diurna, tanto en adultos como, sobre todo, en ni\u00f1os, cuya conducta puede verse alterada si el reposo nocturno no ha sido todo lo reparador que se necesita: \u201cPara ello, resulta de especial inter\u00e9s detectar cuanto antes conductas at\u00edpicas en los pacientes de menor edad, tales como irritabilidad, conducta hiperactiva y dificultad para mantener la concentraci\u00f3n,  e incluso, bajo rendimiento escolar, que pueden ser signos de alerta ante los cuales es de vital importancia realizar un diagn\u00f3stico preciso,  y lo m\u00e1s precoz posible para poder corregirlas\u201d, afirma.<\/p>\n<p>Mart\u00ednez Robledo destaca la importancia de realizar un estudio personalizado del sue\u00f1o a adultos y a ni\u00f1os, con el fin de tratar el sonambulismo, ronquidos y otras alteraciones del sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Bajo el lema \u201cDormir profundamente, Nutre la vida\u201d, el D\u00eda Mundial del Sue\u00f1o recuerda que las personas con un sue\u00f1o profundo y sin interrupciones experimentan tasas m\u00e1s bajas de hipertensi\u00f3n arterial, diabetes, obesidad y otras enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldsleepday.org\/\">www.worldsleepday.org<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Establecer un horario, evitar bebidas como el caf\u00e9 o el t\u00e9, no tomar cenas copiosas y realizar ejercicio f\u00edsico son h\u00e1bitos que pueden ayudar a conciliar el sue\u00f1o y mejorar la salud.<\/p>\n<p>Enlaces Relacionados:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ses.org.es\/eventos\/dia-mundial-del-sueno\/\">Sociedad Espa\u00f1ola del Sue\u00f1o<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldsleepday.org\/\">World Sleep Day<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>15 marzo 2017.- Irritabilidad, falta de concentraci\u00f3n o cansancio.
