When the location of the clients and their schedules make it possible, CIALAB offers its clients a same-day sample collection and delivery service, ensuring maximum speed in the issuance of results and maximum stability of the samples.
As a service to our clients, we have freezers and refrigerators for the post-analytical conservation of the samples at the appropriate temperature to check the results or carry out new analytical determinations on the stored samples, avoiding in some cases the need for new extractions.

Sample rejection criteria
-Missing or incorrect identification of the samples
-Lack of compliance with the conditions required for the sample
-Inappropriate sample for the required determinations
-Breakage or spillage of the sample
-Samples of clotted blood, or with excessive hemolysis
-Sample without associated request
-Insufficient volume
If the sample is rejected, we will contact you to try to correct the error if possible and as long as it does not jeopardize the quality of the analytical process.
