Hay m\u00fasculos que est\u00e1n en constante movimiento como puede ser el coraz\u00f3n. El coraz\u00f3n en reposo consume un aporte m\u00ednimo de nutriente y sangre oxigenada, pero durante el ejercicio, el musculo cardiaco, llamado miocardio, necesita m\u00e1s aporte de nutrientes y ox\u00edgeno. Cada a\u00e9rea del coraz\u00f3n esta irrigada por una arteria diferente. Cuando alguna de las \u00e1reas del coraz\u00f3n sufre un d\u00e9ficit de sangre oxigenada\/ nutrientes no puede realizar correctamente su funci\u00f3n de movimiento, y se producir\u00eda la llamada; Cardiopat\u00eda Isqu\u00e9mica. Como hemos explicado anteriormente se debe a un desbalance entre el aporte y la demanda de ox\u00edgeno y nutrientes en el m\u00fasculo card\u00edaco. Se produce por una disminuci\u00f3n del flujo por las arterias coronarias, que, aunque la etiolog\u00eda puede ser diversa, la m\u00e1s importante se debe al estrechamiento difuso o focal de las coronarias, secundaria a la aterosclerosis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">Por el tiempo de evoluci\u00f3n y severidad la cardiopat\u00eda isqu\u00e9mica se puede clasificar en dos grandes grupos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"seccion-texto\">&#8211; Aguda, que incluye al infarto mioc\u00e1rdico agudo y las anginas inestables, y reconocida como s\u00edndrome coronario agudo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"seccion-texto\">&#8211; Cr\u00f3nica, que incluye: infarto mioc\u00e1rdico antiguo (m\u00e1s de 3 meses de evoluci\u00f3n), angina de esfuerzo, angina espont\u00e1nea cr\u00f3nica, paro card\u00edaco recuperado u otras formas de presentaci\u00f3n de la Cardiopat\u00eda Isqu\u00e9mica cr\u00f3nica: insuficiencia cardiaca, arritmias, trastornos de conducci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"seccion-titulo-3\">Diagn\u00f3stico y sospecha cl\u00ednica<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"seccion-texto\">&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>Dolor localizado<\/strong>&nbsp;en regi\u00f3n retroesternal o en regi\u00f3n precordial de car\u00e1cter opresivo o quemante. Puede irradiarse al cuello, cara interna de los miembros superiores, fundamentalmente al izquierdo, y en ocasiones al hombro y la espalda<\/li>\n<li class=\"seccion-texto\">&#8211; Incrementa o aparece al realizar alg\u00fan esfuerzo. Pudi\u00e9ndose acompa\u00f1ar de sudoraci\u00f3n, frialdad, palpitaciones, ansiedad y fatiga extrema<\/li>\n<li class=\"seccion-texto\">&#8211; Nauseas\/v\u00f3mitos o sensaci\u00f3n de indigesti\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li class=\"seccion-texto\">&#8211; Suele durar de 5 y 30 minutos<\/li>\n<li class=\"seccion-texto\">&#8211; Suele aliviarse al detener la actividad que lo provoc\u00f3. En algunos casos con factores de riesgo asociados o bajo prescripci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica se suele tratar con vasodilatadores como nitroglicerina sublingual en los primeros 5 minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El aporte de oxigeno se transfiere a trav\u00e9s de las arterias que transportan sangre oxigenada al musculo.
