Cocer el arroz en 1 litro de agua con una cucharadita colmada de sal. Cuando est\u00e9, escurrirlo bien y reservar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"seccion-texto\">2. Limpiar la pechuga de sus partes blancas, cortarla en trozos como de 1 cm, a\u00f1adirle un poco de sal y hacerla durante 10 o 15 minutos en una sart\u00e9n con la cucharada de aceite, removiendo de vez en cuando.<\/li>\n<li class=\"seccion-texto\">3. Lavar la lechuga y picarla muy fina, cortar los tomatitos por la mitad y trocear las rodajas de pi\u00f1a y la manzana (pelada). Echar estos ingredientes, junto con el pollo y el arroz, en una fuente y remover bien.<\/li>\n<li class=\"seccion-texto\">4. Hacer la salsa con las cantidades indicadas de mayonesa, ketchup, mostaza y brandy, batiendo con un tenedor hasta que presente un aspecto homog\u00e9neo y verter en el centro de la fuente de ensalada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"seccion-conclusion\">Nota: Si dispones de ella, unas gotas de salsa Perrins le puede dar un toque personal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Preparaci\u00f3n: 30 min.
