En el desayuno se aportan alimentos ricos en carbohidratos (az\u00facares) que provocan un aumento de la glucosa en sangre. Este aumento causa la secreci\u00f3n de la\u00a0<strong>insulina<\/strong>\u00a0y \u00e9sta permite el paso de la glucosa a las c\u00e9lulas para que puedan utilizarla como fuente de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">Si el cuerpo no recibe alimentos tras el ayuno de la noche, no recibir\u00e1 esta energ\u00eda por lo que se llevar\u00e1n a cabo formas alternativas para utilizar energ\u00eda de los dep\u00f3sitos de l\u00edpidos o amino\u00e1cidos (m\u00fasculo).
