Una vez cocido, enfr\u00edalo, esc\u00farrelo bien y salt\u00e9alo con un poco de ajo picado y unas gotas de aceite. Lo reservamos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">Pela los tomates, ret\u00edrales las semillas y c\u00f3rtalos en daditos. Ahora ali\u00f1a estos daditos de tomate con aceite de oliva, vinagre de M\u00f3dena, perejil picado, sal y pimienta. Reservamos esta vinagreta en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">Marca los lomos de lubina por ambas caras en una sart\u00e9n antiadherente caliente y con unas gotas de aceite de oliva. Una vez marcadas, t\u00e9rminalas en el horno, a 180\u00baC durante 4 minutos aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">Sirve una cama de arroz basmati salteado, roc\u00edalo con un poco de vinagreta y disp\u00f3n sobre \u00e9ste un lomo de lubina. Acompa\u00f1a con un poco m\u00e1s de vinagreta de tomate y decora con perejil.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">A la hora de marcar el pescado, hazlo primero por la parte de la piel, asegur\u00e1ndote de que \u00e9sta quede bien dorada y crujiente.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"seccion-titulo-3\">Beneficios<\/h3>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">La lubina es un pescado blanco cuya carne blanca y compacta, as\u00ed como su sabor fino y delicado, hacen que sea un producto muy apreciado por el p\u00fablico en general.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">En su composici\u00f3n destaca un elevado contenido en prote\u00ednas de alta calidad. Adem\u00e1s, es rico en una gran variedad de minerales, tales como el yodo, el f\u00f3sforo, el potasio y el magnesio. Otra ventaja que presenta la lubina es su escasa presencia de espinas, por lo que es un pescado ideal para ofrecerlo a los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os de la casa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">Para acompa\u00f1ar la lubina hemos cocinado arroz basmati, un alimento muy poco graso y rico en hidratos de carbono.
