Cocer el arroz con agua salada (1 cucharadita de sal por litro) y escurrirlo. Lavar y cortar en tiras hojas de lechuga. Escurrir y desmenuzar un poco el at\u00fan. Lavar y rallar las zanahorias.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">2. Poner el arroz en una fuente, ali\u00f1arlo con el vinagre y el aceite, y mezclarlo con el at\u00fan, las alcaparras y la lechuga.
