Esto es lo que nos pide nuestro coraz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">La\u00a0<strong>enfermedad cardiovascular<\/strong>\u00a0y el\u00a0<strong>infarto\u00a0<\/strong>se pueden evitar. Entre los factores de riesgo de las\u00a0<strong>enfermedades cardiovasculares<\/strong>\u00a0se encuentran la presi\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea y el colesterol elevados, el sobrepeso y la obesidad, el tabaco o la presencia de diabetes. Todos estos factores podemos prevenirlos, en gran medida, mediante una dieta saludable, el ejercicio regular y evitando el sobrepeso y el tabaco.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">En Cardiosalus, te ayudamos a llevar un control adecuado de tu peso, de tus niveles de colesterol, de tu presi\u00f3n arterial y de tu az\u00facar en sangre.
