Dentro de las especies que m\u00e1s se consumen en Espa\u00f1a est\u00e1 la\u00a0<strong>merluza<\/strong>, un pescado blanco o magro, rico en\u00a0<strong>\u00e1cidos grasos omega 3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">Seg\u00fan un estudio realizado por el\u00a0<strong>Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n Biom\u00e9dica en Red<\/strong>\u00a0en\u00a0<strong>Fisiopatolog\u00eda de la Obesidad y la Nutrici\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0(CIBERobn), aporta importantes beneficios para la salud cardiovascular. Esta investigaci\u00f3n, llevada a cabo en colaboraci\u00f3n con el\u00a0<strong>Instituto de Estudios Marinos para la Nutrici\u00f3n y el Bienestar<\/strong>\u00a0(INESMA) y dirigida por la doctora Clotilde V\u00e1zquez, jefa de la Unidad de Nutrici\u00f3n y Obesidad del\u00a0<strong>Hospital Ram\u00f3n y Cajal de Madrid<\/strong>, analiz\u00f3 la ingesta de merluza congelada de Namibia, entre pacientes de 13 hospitales p\u00fablicos espa\u00f1oles, que presentaban\u00a0<strong>s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lico<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>alto riesgo cardiovascular<\/strong>. La investigaci\u00f3n concluye que el consumo frecuente de merluza mejora la\u00a0<strong>tensi\u00f3n arterial diast\u00f3lica<\/strong>, disminuye el\u00a0<strong>per\u00edmetro de la cintura<\/strong>\u00a0y reduce los niveles de\u00a0<strong>colesterol\u00a0<abbr title=\"Lipoprote\u00edna de Baja Densidad (colesterol malo)\">LDL<\/abbr><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">Seas o no\u00a0<strong>paciente cardiovascular<\/strong>, el pescado no puede faltar dentro de una\u00a0<strong>dieta equilibrada<\/strong>.
