Tras 30 a\u00f1os, el porcentaje de\u00a0<strong>mortalidad cardiovascular<\/strong>\u00a0para cada grupo fue:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"seccion-texto\">&#8211; Grupo 1.\u00a0<strong>Sedentarios<\/strong>. Sin actividad f\u00edsica regular:\u00a0<strong>5,2%.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"seccion-texto\">&#8211; Grupo 2.\u00a0<strong>Actividad f\u00edsica<\/strong>, pero sin<strong>\u00a0caminar o correr<\/strong>:\u00a0<strong>3,2%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"seccion-texto\">&#8211; Grupo 3. Correr o caminar\u00a0<strong>menos de 16 km<\/strong>\u00a0semanales:\u00a0<strong>2,5%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"seccion-texto\">&#8211; Grupo 4. Correr o caminar\u00a0<strong>entre 16 y 32 km<\/strong>\u00a0semanales:\u00a0<strong>1,7%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"seccion-texto\">&#8211; Grupo 5. Correr o caminar\u00a0<strong>m\u00e1s de 32 km<\/strong>\u00a0semanales:\u00a0<strong>0,8%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">Estos hallazgos refuerzan la utilidad de las\u00a0<strong>medidas de prevenci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0basadas en el\u00a0<strong>deporte cardiorespiratorio<\/strong>\u00a0mantenido en el tiempo. Estas medidas, adem\u00e1s, deber\u00edan iniciarse al menos en la edad media de la vida. Como se observa en este estudio, entre los 30-50 a\u00f1os\u00a0<strong>podemos corregir gran parte de nuestro riesgo<\/strong>\u00a0y reducirlo en casi 7 veces.
