Junto a la\u00a0<strong>alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada<\/strong>, la actividad f\u00edsica no puede descuidarse en ninguna etapa de la vida, ya que ofrece importantes beneficios para la\u00a0<strong>salud cardiovascular<\/strong>.<br \/>\nUno de ellos es el incremento de los niveles de\u00a0<strong>colesterol\u00a0<abbr title=\"Lipoprote\u00ednas de alta densidad\">HDL<\/abbr><\/strong>, m\u00e1s conocido como\u00a0<strong>colesterol\u00a0<\/strong>\u00ab<strong>bueno<\/strong>\u00bb. Este colesterol bueno es capaz de proteger nuestras\u00a0<strong>arterias\u00a0<\/strong>de problemas, como\u00a0<strong>infartos\u00a0<\/strong>y\u00a0<strong>trombosis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">Por otro lado, ninguna medicaci\u00f3n ha podido conseguir subir el\u00a0<strong>colesterol bueno<\/strong>\u00a0de forma segura. Por todo ello, el ejercicio debe ser como hemos dicho uno de los pilares de una\u00a0<strong>vida sana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">Un\u00a0<strong>estudio\u00a0<\/strong>que recog\u00eda los datos de m\u00e1s de 1.400 pacientes de entre 23 y 75 a\u00f1os, ha mostrado que en aquellos que hab\u00edan practicado ejercicio, los niveles de\u00a0<strong>colesterol\u00a0<\/strong>\u00ab<strong>bueno<\/strong>\u00bb se hab\u00edan incrementado de forma significativa.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, seg\u00fan este estudio, el\u00a0<strong>ejercicio\u00a0<\/strong>supuso un\u00a0<strong>beneficio mayor<\/strong>\u00a0en aquellos individuos que ten\u00edan unos niveles totales de\u00a0<strong>colesterol\u00a0<\/strong>m\u00e1s altos (igual o mayor a 220\u00a0<abbr title=\"miligramos por decilitro\">mg\/dl<\/abbr>) y en los que ten\u00edan un\u00a0<strong>\u00edndice de masa corporal<\/strong>\u00a0por encima de 28 (cercano a la obesidad).<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">Otro estudio de Espa\u00f1a, ha mostrado que el\u00a0<strong>ejercicio\u00a0<\/strong>tiene como principal efecto el aumento del\u00a0<strong>colesterol\u00a0<\/strong><strong><abbr title=\"Lipoprote\u00ednas de alta densidad\">HDL<\/abbr><\/strong>\u00a0o \u00ab<strong>bueno<\/strong>\u00bb, que protege nuestras arterias de problemas y con ello nos da salud, pero adem\u00e1s disminuye el\u00a0<strong>colesterol\u00a0<abbr title=\"Lipoprote\u00ednas de baja densidad\">LDL<\/abbr><\/strong>\u00a0o \u00ab<strong>malo<\/strong>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">Ante tantas ventajas, no hay excusas para que una persona sana y sin ninguna contraindicaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, se ponga en marcha con la pr\u00e1ctica de\u00a0<strong>cualquier tipo de ejercicio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"seccion-texto\">Para pon\u00e9rtelo f\u00e1cil, en nuestra clinica te ayudamos a hacerlo dandote las\u00a0<strong>recomendaciones\u00a0<\/strong>m\u00e1s adecuadas para cada caso.
