Las actividades organizadas por el Departamento de Salud han tenido como alumnos a los asistentes de la Escuela Abierta de Verano de Carr\u00fas, que han aprendido a elaborar platos con productos t\u00edpicos de la zona tales como la granada de mollar, las brevas, el dulce de tomate, el pan de higo y d\u00e1tiles, entre otros. Adem\u00e1s, los 20 alumnos participantes en los talleres tuvieron la oportunidad de aprender unas nociones b\u00e1sicas sobre los productos y t\u00e9cnicas que se elaboran en el municipio ilicitano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta iniciativa ha sido organizada bajo el objetivo de fomentar la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea durante la edad de la adolescencia a trav\u00e9s de la utilizaci\u00f3n de productos t\u00edpicos de la ciudad de Elche.
