Y ese es uno de los principales consejos que nos dan los expertos en Nutrici\u00f3n de los hospitales de Ribera Salud. Para evitar ganar peso durante las Navidades es necesario trazar un plan, organizarnos bien y prepararnos mentalmente para saber qu\u00e9 y cu\u00e1nto comer durante todo el mes de diciembre y hasta Reyes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Carmen Navarro, nutricionista del Hospital de Torrevieja, explica para YoSalud que \u201clos excesos de estos d\u00edas hacen que multipliquemos por hasta por cuatro nuestras necesidades cal\u00f3ricas diarias\u201d. Y es que en Navidad y las semanas previas, todos los d\u00edas son \u201cespeciales\u201d. Quedamos con amigos o familia que no vemos hace meses, se organizan comidas o cenas de empresa y a todo esto se suman las cl\u00e1sicas reuniones familiares alrededor de la mesa: Nochebuena, Navidad, segundo d\u00eda de Navidad, Nochevieja, Reyes (y las tradiciones propias de cada familia o grupo de amigos). Por eso los expertos aconsejan intentar \u201cce\u00f1irse al gui\u00f3n\u201d de una dieta que aunque no sea estricta s\u00ed que controle el aporte cal\u00f3rico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00bfY esto c\u00f3mo se hace? Nuestra nutricionista nos da algunas pautas: Es aconsejable planificar los men\u00fas, poni\u00e9ndonos de acuerdo con familia y amigos, no repetir plato e intentar, cuando se juntan cena y comida festiva -Nochebuena y Navidad, Fin de A\u00f1o y A\u00f1o Nuevo- solo darnos \u201cel gran banquete\u201d en una de ellas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Pero \u00bfhay trucos para comer menos cuando tenemos tantos platos especiales delante? S\u00ed. Los hay. Por ejemplo, no coger un plato de tama\u00f1o grande, ofrecer panecillos individuales en lugar de barras de pan, relajarse antes de comer, servir los platos en la cocina evitando dejar las bandejas en la mesa y retirar el pan cuando llega el postre. Adem\u00e1s, nuestra experta, Carmen Navarro, recomienda comer despacio, a bocados peque\u00f1os, masticar bien, ponernos raciones medias, evitar comer por comer, no abusar de las salsas ni del pan que se usa para \u201cmojar\u201d y poner abundante hielo en los refrescos para no beber demasiados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u201cPara planificar un men\u00fa saludable, el secreto est\u00e1 en la compensaci\u00f3n. Si elaboramos unos entrantes m\u00e1s cal\u00f3ricos, deber\u00edamos apostar por un segundo m\u00e1s ligero, como un pescado. E intentar que el postre tenga como protagonista a la fruta\u201d, asegura nuestra nutricionista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Los dulces navide\u00f1os es dif\u00edcil evitarlos, pero se recomienda consumirlos con moderaci\u00f3n. Y es que apenas 100 gramos de turr\u00f3n duro o blando aportan 500 calor\u00edas, la cuarta parte del total que necesitamos en un d\u00eda. Es un dulce sano, porque tiene un alto contenido en grasas vegetales, es rico en vitamina E y selenio, pero su aporte cal\u00f3rico es muy alto.
