Pero eso no debe ser excusa para dejar de practicar nuestro deporte favorito. Sin embargo, no todo vale en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o y antes de realizar cualquier ejercicio o deporte en verano, deber\u00edas seguir una serie de consejos.<\/p>\n<p>Las altas temperaturas y el desgaste f\u00edsico pueden ocasionar problemas como la deshidrataci\u00f3n, quemaduras o un golpe de calor. Y es que nuestros expertos aseguran que es a partir de los 28-30 grados cuando alcanzamos el estr\u00e9s t\u00e9rmico por lo que es a partir de esta temperatura cuando hay que tener mayor precauci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, el verano no es excusa para dejar de hacer deporte pero debes tomar una serie de precauciones para que tu salud no corra riesgos<\/p>\n<h2>Consejos para hacer deporte en verano<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El agua como aliada: <\/strong>Frente a las altas temperaturas, es importante prevenir la deshidrataci\u00f3n derivada del exceso de sudoraci\u00f3n. Para ello, es necesario reponer l\u00edquidos de manera constante y no esperar a tener sed para beber agua. La\u00a0<strong>ingesta de agua<\/strong> debe realizarse tanto antes, como durante y despu\u00e9s de haber realizado ejercicio o deporte en verano.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evitar las horas de m\u00e1s calor.\u00a0<\/strong> En verano, hay que evitar hacer ejercicio en las horas centrales del d\u00eda, es decir, entre las 12.00 y las 17.00 horas. Es preferible hacerlo o a primera o a \u00faltima hora del d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Usa ropa adecuada.<\/strong>Es aconsejable llevar ropa y calzado ligeros, de colores claros, preferiblemente de algod\u00f3n y que faciliten la transpiraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Protecci\u00f3n solar.<\/strong>Existen protectores solares espec\u00edficos para deportistas que resisten mejor al sudor y al agua. Adem\u00e1s, si vamos a estar expuestos al sol durante bastante tiempo es recomendable llevar una gorra y gafas protectoras. Si \u00e9stas cubren cuello y orejas, mejor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ni muy lleno, ni vac\u00edo.<\/strong>Lo ideal para \u00a0practicar <strong>deporte en verano<\/strong> es esperar al menos una hora tras el desayuno y tres, tras la comida antes de practicar ning\u00fan deporte. Con calor y est\u00f3mago vac\u00edo, aumenta la probabilidad de lipotimia. Por el contrario, si practicamos ejercicio justo despu\u00e9s de comer, nuestro rendimiento se ver\u00e1 afectado por la falta de riego.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apuesta por la fruta y la verdura.<\/strong> Con el exceso de sudoraci\u00f3n perdemos m\u00e1s minerales de lo habitual. Por este motivo hay que incluir una dosis extra de fruta y verdura en nuestra dieta dado que son fuentes naturales de sales y l\u00edquidos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Descanso adecuado. <\/strong>Ante cualquier se\u00f1al de fatiga, mareo o calambres, si\u00e9ntate a descansar, preferiblemente en la sombra, para evitar mayores consecuencias.
