El alcoholismo es una\u00a0enfermedad, que\u00a0afecta al equilibrio personal\u00a0de quien la padece y de los que le rodean, y es\u00a0necesario un tratamiento adecuado para recuperarse.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfEs necesario beber todos los d\u00edas para tener\u00a0problemas con el alcohol?: <\/strong><strong>NO<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Muchas personas desarrollan una forma de\u00a0dependencia que se manifiesta de forma intermitente.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Algunas veces, el sujeto es capaz de no beber nada durante\u00a0d\u00edas o semanas, o incluso de beber moderadamente. Pero\u00a0esto no evita que, en ocasiones, beba de una forma\u00a0descontrolada y que ello le traiga consecuencias negativas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>S\u00edntomas que indican que una persona abusa del\u00a0alcohol<\/strong><\/h5>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4873\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4873\" style=\"width: 515px\" alcohol:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Demorar la hora de inicio de la ingesta.<\/li>\n<li>No beber durante el horario laboral\/acad\u00e9mico.<\/li>\n<li>Es preferible beber con las comidas.<\/li>\n<li>Beber a peque\u00f1os sorbos, dejando el vaso en la mesa.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizar bebidas de baja graduaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Aprender a rechazar copas y \u201crondas\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Intercalar bebidas no alcoh\u00f3licas entre consumiciones.<\/li>\n<li>Diluir los licores en refrescos.<\/li>\n<li>Intercalar d\u00edas sin consumo a la semana.<\/li>\n<li>Recordar el l\u00edmite propuesto y no olvidar lo ya bebido.<\/li>\n<li>No tomar 5 o m\u00e1s consumiciones en una sola ocasi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>No se puede beber nada de alcohol:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>En la conducci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos y junto con algunos tratamientos farmacol\u00f3gicos.<\/li>\n<li>Deseo de o embarazo planificado, durante el embarazo o en la lactancia..<\/li>\n<li>En menores de edad.<\/li>\n<li>En algunas enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas como la enfermedad mental, o la diabetes\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2
