Introduce en tu dieta: frutas, verduras, yogures, alimentos antioxidantes\u2026 Aparte de enormes beneficios para la salud, reforzar\u00e1 tus defensas para poder combatir el estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>3.- No te recrees con los s\u00edntomas del estr\u00e9s.<\/h3>\n<p>No caigas en la trampa de la autocomplacencia con tu cansancio, falta de energ\u00eda, ansiedad, o preocupaciones con el alcohol, sedantes, estimulantes, nicotina u otras sustancias.
