{"id":4018,"date":"2015-11-10T09:25:39","date_gmt":"2015-11-10T08:25:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hospitaldelaribera.com\/?p=4018"},"modified":"2015-11-10T09:25:39","modified_gmt":"2015-11-10T08:25:39","slug":"te-ayudamos-a-que-otono-no-sea-sinonimo-de-resfriado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/blog-de-salud\/te-ayudamos-a-que-otono-no-sea-sinonimo-de-resfriado\/","title":{"rendered":"Te ayudamos a que \u2018oto\u00f1o\u2019 no sea sin\u00f3nimo de \u2018resfriado\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>En el oto\u00f1o suelen llegar los<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>primeros resfriados de la temporada.<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>En situaciones de<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>fr\u00edo<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>disminuyen las defensas y se producen cambios en el organismo que facilitan la aparici\u00f3n de enfermedades, entre las m\u00e1s comunes, los resfriados.<b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0Desde e<\/span><\/b><strong>l Departamento de Salud de La Ribera te aconsejamos estos sencillos consejos con el fin de evitar y mejorar los s\u00edntomas del resfriado com\u00fan.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>De 2 a 5 resfriados al a\u00f1o<\/h3>\n<p>Seg\u00fan apunta el Dr. Vicente Palop,\u00a0subdirector m\u00e9dico asistencial del Departamento de Salud de La Ribera\u00a0<strong>\u201ces normal sufrir entre 2-5 resfriados al a\u00f1o, si bien los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os suelen tener m\u00e1s, sobre todo si van al colegio o la guarder\u00eda\u201d.<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>En este sentido, las personas en contacto con ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os, las personas que fuman o las que sufren rinitis al\u00e9rgica son m\u00e1s propensas a padecer catarros.<\/p>\n<h3>S\u00edntomas del resfriado com\u00fan: antibi\u00f3ticos, \u00bfs\u00ed o no?<\/h3>\n<p>El resfriado com\u00fan es una infecci\u00f3n leve de las v\u00edas respiratorias, cuyos principales s\u00edntomas son:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>malestar general, dolor far\u00edngeo, mucosidad, tos y obstrucci\u00f3n nasal<\/strong>. Se trata de un proceso que suele durar una semana y en el que \u201cno es efectiva la utilizaci\u00f3n de antibi\u00f3ticos, que no son eficaces para tratar los virus\u201d, ha se\u00f1alado el Dr. Palop, quien ha destacado que \u201cexiten m\u00e1s de 200 virus que causan catarros\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>La prevenci\u00f3n, tu mejor arma<\/h3>\n<p>Entre las principales medidas de prevenci\u00f3n, el Departamento de Salud de La Ribera aconseja:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/blog-de-salud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/resfriado.jpg\" alt=\"Combatir el resfriado\" width=\"285\" height=\"191\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Esmerar la higiene personal,<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>especialmente la de la<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>nariz<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>y las<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>manos<\/strong>, lavando \u00e9stas con agua y jab\u00f3n o bien con una soluci\u00f3n hidroalcoh\u00f3lica y evitando tocarse los ojos o la nariz, que son las principales v\u00edas de entrada de los virus al organismo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Por lo que se refiere a la nariz, se aconseja<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>lavar<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>cuidadosamente los<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>conductos nasales con agua y sal<\/strong>, lo que mejorar\u00e1 considerablemente la congesti\u00f3n nasal, en caso de padecerla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ventilar la casa y el lugar de trabajo unos minutos diariamente y evitar los espacios cerrados donde haya mucha gente.<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>Hay que mantener un grado adecuado de humedad en estas estancias, ya que si se reseca en exceso la mucosa nasal, es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil que accedan los virus a trav\u00e9s de ella.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dormir de manera suficiente<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>y realizar actividad f\u00edsica diaria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Evitar los cambios bruscos de temperatura,<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>abrig\u00e1ndose adecuadamente cuando se salga al exterior procedente de un lugar con calefacci\u00f3n muy alta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Aunque no est\u00e1 demostrado cient\u00edficamente que la<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>vitamina C<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>proteja frente a los catarros, es importante mantener una<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>alimentaci\u00f3n adecuada<\/strong>, haciendo del<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>desayuno<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>la comida fuerte del d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Alivio de los s\u00edntomas<\/h3>\n<p>En cuanto al alivio de s\u00edntomas es importante<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>beber abundantes l\u00edquidos<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>(agua, zumos, infusiones), que contribuyen a que la mucosidad sea m\u00e1s fluida y, por tanto, m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de expulsar, adem\u00e1s de reponer la p\u00e9rdida de l\u00edquidos que, como en las \u00e9pocas de calor, tambi\u00e9n se producen en las de fr\u00edo.
