Profesionales del <strong>Equipo de Salud Mental del Departamento de Salud de La Ribera<\/strong> te explican en este post c\u00f3mo darle la vuelta a esa opini\u00f3n negativa sobre <strong>una estaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 llena de encanto y oportunidades.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Muchas veces hemos o\u00eddo la frase \u00abestoy ast\u00e9nico\/a\u00bb, \u00abtengo baj\u00f3n post-vacacional\u00bb, \u00abestoy como el tiempo\u00bb. No es algo que los profesionales de Salud Mental escuchemos en nuestras consultas; m\u00e1s bien <strong>se trata de un sentir general que se aprecia en situaciones cotidianas<\/strong> como la cola del s\u00faper, la conversaci\u00f3n de ascensor con el vecino del Sexto o antes de empezar la clase de Pilates.<\/p>\n<p>Bien es cierto que en la \u00e9poca oto\u00f1al se producen cambios atmosf\u00e9ricos y en el ciclo estacional que pueden llegar a afectarnos en mayor o menor medida: empieza a hacer menos calor, hay cada vez menos horas de luz, se cambia la hora (\u00abnos roban una hora de luz\u00bb, o\u00edmos a menudo)&#8230; Puede que el cuerpo baje el ritmo en oto\u00f1o pero esto, lejos de ser perjudicial puede ser, incluso, <strong>una oportunidad para replegarse y cargar pilas de cara al invierno.<\/strong> \u00bfCu\u00e1les son esas bondades que nos van a permitir mirar al oto\u00f1o de una forma m\u00e1s cari\u00f1osa?<\/p>\n<h3>Bondades del oto\u00f1o<\/h3>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1 lo que ocurre en oto\u00f1o es que paramos demasiado bruscamente y no nos damos la oportunidad de disfrutar de lo que esta estaci\u00f3n nos puede ofrecer.<\/p>\n<p>Preparar una escapada monta\u00f1era para disfrutar de los tonos t\u00e9rreos con que nos deleitan en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o las plantas y los \u00e1rboles, u organizar un fin de semana de relax, aprovechando los precios de la temporada baja, pueden ser soluciones para pasar el \u00abmal trago\u00bb del cambio de estaci\u00f3n. Junto a ello, es el momento de retomar o iniciar ese hobby o afici\u00f3n que siempre hemos pospuesto porque somos el \u00faltimo\/a en la lista de prioridades familiares.
