Respetamos m\u00e1s los horarios de las comidas y la cocina caliente empieza a cobrar especial protagonismo en nuestra mesa. Adem\u00e1s, esta estaci\u00f3n nos trae <strong>alimentos de temporada<\/strong> que nos ayudan a mejorar nuestra salud, ya que muchos de ellos contienen sustancias anticancer\u00edgenas y protectoras del riesgo vascular.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Dra. Pilar Luna, jefa del Servicio de Nutrici\u00f3n y Diet\u00e9tica del Departamento de Salud de <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hospital-ribera.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La Ribera<\/a>, nos aconseja incorporar estos alimentos propios de la estaci\u00f3n oto\u00f1al para a\u00f1adir variedad a lo que comemos y adem\u00e1s aprovechar los aportes de nutrientes que nos ofrecen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfY de qu\u00e9 alimentos estar\u00edamos hablando?<\/p>\n<p>Algunos ejemplos los podemos encontrar en aquellos de color morado como la <strong>remolacha<\/strong>, la <strong>uva negra <\/strong>o la <strong>col de lombarda<\/strong>, que \u201ccontienen antioxidantes, antocianos y flavonoides, lo que mejora las enfermedades vasculares y retrasa el envejecimiento celular\u201d, explica la doctora.<\/p>\n<p>Otro color que nos sirve como referencia es el rojo, como por ejemplo el que caracteriza a la <strong>granada<\/strong>. Hacia finales de verano y principios de oto\u00f1o, esta fruta se encuentra en su mejor momento y es muy recomendable ya que \u201cayuda a prevenir las enfermedades vasculares, gracias a su contenido en antioxidantes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, los colores t\u00e9rreos como los de las <strong>setas<\/strong> son buenos aliados. Tal y como expone la Dra. Luna, \u201ceste alimento nos permite disminuir el consumo de las fuentes proteicas, como carne, pescado y huevo, reduciendo as\u00ed el nivel de grasas que consumimos y, con ello, contribuir en la prevenci\u00f3n de algunos tipos de c\u00e1ncer como el de mama y pr\u00f3stata, y las enfermedades vasculares (infarto, hemorragia cerebral, trombosis), todo ello relacionado con el alto consumo en grasas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Y si lo que buscas es una buena fuente de energ\u00eda, entonces incluye en tu dieta un buen plato de <strong>legumbres<\/strong>, como por ejemplo de <strong>alubias rojas<\/strong>. Este alimento, tambi\u00e9n recomendado, nos permite mantener los aportes de calor\u00edas que necesitamos en los meses m\u00e1s fr\u00edos del a\u00f1o, sin aumentar el volumen de grasas. Adem\u00e1s, su consumo \u201cse relaciona tambi\u00e9n con la prevenci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer de mama, gracias a su contenido en betaestr\u00f3genos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Junto a ello, otra interesante opci\u00f3n son algunas frutas de oto\u00f1o, como la <strong>naranja<\/strong> o el <strong>kiwi<\/strong>. \u201cTienen la cantidad suficiente de vitamina C para luchar contra las infecciones, lo que protege frente a las enfermedades respiratorias, como la gripe, el catarro com\u00fan o la bronquitis\u201d. Y si en tu caso no te sienta bien la naranja, la Dra.
