Este cambio puede influir negativamente en nuestra salud, por ello, es conveniente no dejar el ejercicio a un lado y llevar una <strong>buena alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Como ya comentamos en un\u00a0anterior <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogdesalud.riberasalud.com\/consejos-alimentarios-para-peques-y-adultos-en-verano\/\">art\u00edculo<\/a>, es importante mantener los horarios de desayuno, comida, merienda y cena. No picotear y optar por agua antes que por refrescos comerciales, entre otros consejos.<\/p>\n<p>Siguiendo esta senda de buenas pr\u00e1cticas y propuestas alimentarias para el verano, <strong>la doctora Pilar Luna, Jefa del Servicio de Nutrici\u00f3n y Diet\u00e9tica del <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hospital-ribera.com\/\">Hospital Universitario de La Ribera<\/a>, nos trae una <strong>receta <\/strong>de la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea, el <strong>gazpacho andaluz.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esta sopa fr\u00eda nos ayudar\u00e1 a reponer agua y minerales y es baja en calor\u00edas si somos \u201cordenados\u201d con la cantidad de aceite.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed tenemos la \u201cf\u00f3rmula magistral\u201d que incluye:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg de tomates rojos de pera<\/li>\n<li>250 gr de pimiento<\/li>\n<li>250 gr de pepino<\/li>\n<li>50 gr de pan<\/li>\n<li>30 cc de aceite virgen de oliva<\/li>\n<li>7 cc de vinagre de vino de buena calidad<\/li>\n<li>Sal al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Modo de elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comenzamos lavando bien y secando las hortalizas. Pelamos los tomates y eliminamos las pepitas.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s, troceamos el pimiento y pelamos el pepino eliminando tambi\u00e9n las pepitas centrales. Con esto, lograremos que la digestibilidad del plato mejore en algunas personas.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras preparamos las hortalizas, ponemos el pan en remojo con el vinagre.<\/p>\n<p>En esta receta, no incluiremos ajo, pero hay un truco para conseguir ese punto de sabor. Ponemos 1 litro de aceite junto con 4 o 5 dientes de ajo, a la semana, el aceite esencial del ajo habr\u00e1 pasado al aceite d\u00e1ndole su sabor, y no nos sentar\u00e1 mal.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n batimos todos los ingredientes, a\u00f1adimos agua fresca (1,5l.) y lo dejamos enfriar para servirlo fresco.<\/p>\n<p>Si respetamos la cantidad de aceite, la raci\u00f3n no superar\u00e1 las 70 kcal\/d, pero si la aumentamos, tambi\u00e9n duplicaremos el valor cal\u00f3rico del plato.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consejos saludables<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si el <strong>gazpacho andaluz<\/strong> lo tomamos en la comida, podemos a\u00f1adir otros alimentos que contengan hidratos de carbono como: pan, patatas hervidas o asadas como guarnici\u00f3n o seguirlo de un plato de arroz o pasta.<\/p>\n<p>Las personas que sufren de intestino irritable y sobre todo aquellas que han sido intervenidas de reducci\u00f3n intestinal, deben de colarlo con un colador fino para poderlo ingerir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Variedades <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, los restauradores renovadores, lo realizan de la misa forma, pero sustituyen el tomate por la sand\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Otra variante es la del <strong>gazpacho blanco,<\/strong> realizado con almendras, con un sabor muy rico pero m\u00e1s cal\u00f3rico, aunque sus aportes son con grasas poliinsaturadas (convenientes para los que comen poco pescado).<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n podemos comprar los gazpachos ya preparados, revisando ingredientes y valor cal\u00f3rico, ya que algunos son m\u00e1s generosos con el aceite.
