El pr\u00f3ximos lunes, 20 de octubre, se celebra el <strong>D\u00eda Mundial de la Osteoporosis.<\/strong> Una enfermedad que afecta principalmente a las mujeres a partir de los 50 a\u00f1os, aunque tambi\u00e9n hay hombres que la sufren. Se estima que, en Espa\u00f1a, hay m\u00e1s de dos millones de mujeres posmenop\u00e1usicas afectadas por la p\u00e9rdida de calcio de los huesos y, por lo tanto, con un riesgo muy importante de sufrir una fractura de cadera o en otra parte del cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para prevenir y tratar esta patolog\u00eda, el <strong>Departamento de Salud de D\u00e9nia<\/strong> ha creado <strong><em>El Club de la Osteoporosis<\/em><\/strong>, en el que se impartir\u00e1n charlas sobre estilo de vida saludable y se programar\u00e1n actividades deportivas como, por ejemplo, clases de Taich\u00ed. \u00bfSab\u00edas que est\u00e1 demostrado que el Taich\u00ed proporciona la tonificaci\u00f3n muscular y equilibrio necesarios para prevenir ca\u00eddas? Este grupo iniciar\u00e1 su actividad el lunes, coincidiendo con el D\u00eda Mundial de la Osteoporosis, en el en el Espai la Senieta, de Moraira, a las 17:30 horas. Puedes solicitar m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n en el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marinasalud.es\/web\/marina-salud\/home\">Hospital Marina Salud.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, recogemos algunas <strong>medidas preventiva<\/strong>s para que cuides tus huesos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Practica ejercicio f\u00edsico de forma activa para alcanzar la m\u00e1xima densidad \u00f3sea posible.<\/li>\n<li>Evita fumar y beber alcohol en exceso, ya que constituye un t\u00f3xico para los huesos.<\/li>\n<li>Come entre cuatro y cinco raciones de productos l\u00e1cteos al d\u00eda.
