El lunes pasado, 29 de septiembre, fue el <strong>D\u00eda Mundial del Coraz\u00f3n<\/strong>. Con motivo de esta conmemoraci\u00f3n desde los distintos organismos p\u00fablicos, fundaciones, centros de salud y hospitales, tambi\u00e9n desde las asociaciones de pacientes, se ha recordado a la poblaci\u00f3n lo importante que es tener un coraz\u00f3n sano. As\u00ed, a lo largo de toda esta \u2018<em>Semana del Coraz\u00f3n\u2019<\/em>, se ha hablado de los beneficios que tiene para en la salud la <strong>pr\u00e1ctica deportiva<\/strong>, la <strong>cocina saludable<\/strong>. Se ha hecho hincapi\u00e9 en los <strong>factores de riesgo\u00a0 <\/strong>como el tabaquismo, el sedentarismo, el estr\u00e9s y la obesidad. Y, al mismo tiempo, se ha ense\u00f1ado a los ciudadanos t\u00e9cnicas de reanimaci\u00f3n cardiopulmonar para evitar futuros problemas de salud porque, \u00bfsab\u00edas que las pol\u00edticas de prevenci\u00f3n reducen un 80% la tasa de mortalidad por enfermedades cardiovasculares?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prevenir es curar, as\u00ed que para que no se te olvide lo que has aprendido de la mano de nuestros profesionales durante estos siete d\u00edas, aqu\u00ed te dejamos <strong>diez consejos para cuidar el coraz\u00f3n<\/strong> desde la cocina de tu casa. \u00a1Toma nota!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Toma frutas y hortalizas&#8230; a diario.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce tu consumo de sal: toma menos procesados.<\/li>\n<li>Sustituye cereales refinados por integrales.<\/li>\n<li>Toma m\u00e1s legumbres y frutos secos.<\/li>\n<li>Pescado en vez de carne, pero no m\u00e1s de dos raciones a la semana.<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfL\u00e1cteos? Mejor no abusar del queso.<\/li>\n<li>Huevos, no es necesario prohibir, pero tampoco es bueno abusar.<\/li>\n<li>Evita las bebidas azucaradas.<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfAlcohol?
