Los expertos est\u00e1n de acuerdo: nunca es tarde para aprender sobre alimentaci\u00f3n sana y equilibrada y ejercicio adecuado. Y no s\u00f3lo los expertos: de un tiempo a esta parte entidades p\u00fablicas y privadas han decidido entrar de lleno en la prevenci\u00f3n de la obesidad infantil con iniciativas orientadas tanto a educadores como a padres y a los propios afectados. Y entre ellas se enmarcan los\u00a0Talleres Infantiles Saludables de Vinalop\u00f3 Salud. En ellos se aportan pautas de nutrici\u00f3n y deporte para que los propios ni\u00f1os y adolescentes aprendan jugando, as\u00ed como un amplio cat\u00e1logo de recursos para adultos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El objetivo de todas ellas es lograr beneficios a largo plazo, tanto para el ni\u00f1o como para la familia, ya que el cambio en los h\u00e1bitos es mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil en edades tempranas que en la edad adulta. Y para ello, los especialistas consideran esencial trabajar en la prevenci\u00f3n de la obesidad concienciando a pediatras, enfermeras, educadores y padres, sobre la importancia de fomentar una alimentaci\u00f3n tradicional basada en la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea y la conveniencia del ejercicio f\u00edsico entre los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, entre otras recomendaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los profesionales de <strong>Vinalop\u00f3 Salud<\/strong> destacan que <em>\u201cel exceso de peso afecta al 30% de ni\u00f1os en la Comunidad Valenciana, de los cuales el 10% son obesos y el 20% tiene sobrepeso, por lo que se ha convertido en un problema de salud p\u00fablica que hay que abordar y prevenir, sobre todo por las consecuencias que puede tener en cuanto a patolog\u00edas cardiovasculares o diabetes\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan nuestros especialistas, estas son algunas recomendaciones a tener en cuenta:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Servir raciones adecuadas para la edad del ni\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tener en el hogar una variedad de hortalizas, frutas y cereales integrales.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Escoger leche y productos l\u00e1cteos bajos en grasa o desnatados.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Limitar el consumo de carnes rojas o de derivados c\u00e1rnicos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Promover el consumo de legumbres y frutos secos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Retirar de la vista del ni\u00f1o las tentaciones ricas en calor\u00edas. Se debe limitar el consumo de az\u00facar, boller\u00eda y, sobre todo, bebidas azucaradas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fomentar la actividad f\u00edsica.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La bebida para calmar la sed debe ser el agua.
