{"id":1239,"date":"2013-05-17T10:11:31","date_gmt":"2013-05-17T10:11:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.blogdesalud.riberasalud.com\/?p=1239"},"modified":"2013-05-17T10:11:31","modified_gmt":"2013-05-17T10:11:31","slug":"ponte-las-zapatillas-y-unete","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/riberasalud.com\/blog-de-salud\/ponte-las-zapatillas-y-unete\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00a1Ponte las zapatillas y \u00fanete!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apuntarse al gimnasio, ir a clases de aerobic, nadar en la piscina, jugar al tenis, practicar esgrima, preparar una marat\u00f3n: todo esto puede estar muy bien, pero si fallan el bolsillo, las rodillas, o las dos cosas al mismo tiempo, basta con salir por la puerta y colocar un pie detr\u00e1s del otro para practicar el m\u00e9todo m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico, -y puede que eficaz-, para mantenerse saludable: caminar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u00bfSab\u00edas que caminar m\u00e1s de una hora al d\u00eda mejora de forma significativa la esperanza de vida?<\/b> Los profesionales sanitarios afirman que caminar deprisa es tan positivo como correr porque reduce de forma considerable el riesgo de sufrir enfermedades cardiovasculares, diabetes, osteoporosis, estre\u00f1imiento, algunos tipos de c\u00e1ncer, modera los problemas de sobrepeso, fortalece la musculatura y mejora el estado de \u00e1nimo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una de las equivocaciones m\u00e1s extendidas entre la poblaci\u00f3n es que el ejercicio ha de ser duro y extenuante, pero esto no es cierto, y desmotiva a mucha gente. Por ello, para fomentar la actividad f\u00edsica, el <b>Departamento de Salud del Vinalop\u00f3<\/b> y el <b>Ayuntamiento de Elche<\/b> han puesto en marcha los <b>paseos saludables<\/b> dirigidos, en concreto, a pacientes con problemas respiratorios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva cr\u00f3nica (EPOC) es un proceso cr\u00f3nico en el que los bronquios se obstruyen como consecuencia de respirar humo de tabaco u otras sustancias da\u00f1inas. Esta obstrucci\u00f3n genera sensaci\u00f3n de falta de aire (disnea), especialmente intensa cuando se hacen esfuerzos como caminar, subir escaleras, etc. Esto condiciona que muchos pacientes se muevan menos, lo que conlleva un agravamiento de la enfermedad, por ello, es recomendable realizar actividad f\u00edsica de manera regular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pensando en ellos, en su patolog\u00eda concreta y en sus condiciones f\u00edsicas, se han dise\u00f1ado<b> tres recorridos distintos<\/b>: uno de dificultad media (750 metros), otro de dificultad media-alta (1.500 metros) y el \u00faltimo de dificultad alta (1.975 metros). Los pacientes podr\u00e1n realizar la ruta solos o en grupo, acompa\u00f1ados de sus amigos y familiares, a la que tambi\u00e9n se sumaran voluntarios de la Concejal\u00eda de Mayores para supervisar el paseo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Insisten los m\u00e9dicos en que una vez que hemos cogido la rutina, lo ideal es no abandonarla.
