Si la lluvia no lo impide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los largos recorridos y el peso de los tronos o cruces que deben soportar sobre sus hombros pueden producir lesiones graves si no se <b>protege la espalda, las cervicales y las articulaciones antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de las procesiones<\/b>; de ah\u00ed la importancia, seg\u00fan recomiendan los profesionales de los Departamentos de Torrevieja y Vinalop\u00f3, de un buen control del esfuerzo y calentamiento. Seg\u00fan explican las fisioterapeutas Arancha Villalgordo y Ana Agudo<i>, \u201cpodemos prevenir que un dolor agudo, acompa\u00f1ado de una postura incorrecta o de un movimiento brusco, puedan originar una lesi\u00f3n si seguimos unas sencillas recomendaciones\u201d<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el pasado no hab\u00eda una gran preocupaci\u00f3n por la salud de los cofrades, sin embargo, comienza a ser habitual que las hermandades cuenten directamente con fisioterapeutas que les asesoren. Si bien, no van a hacer m\u00e1s ligera su carga, s\u00ed evitar\u00e1n, o har\u00e1n menores, las consecuencias f\u00edsicas negativas que les pueda ocasionar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estos son unos sencillos <b>consejos para reducir<\/b>, en la medida de lo posible,\u00a0<b>lesiones musculares<\/b> y evitar complicaciones mayores en un futuro:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><b>Beber abundante agua<\/b> desde las jornadas previas a la celebraci\u00f3n de la procesi\u00f3n en la que se va a participar. La hidrataci\u00f3n contribuye a evitar roturas fibrilares.<\/li>\n<li>Es recomendable <b>aplicar calor seco en la zona cervical y realizar estiramientos<\/b> en los instantes previos a la salida del paso, especialmente en la zona cervical y lumbar, as\u00ed como en la columna vertebral.<\/li>\n<li><b>Estirar la musculatura de los miembros inferiores<\/b>.
