Terminolog\u00eda como \u201cdepartamento de recursos humanos\u201d ha dado paso a \u201cdepartamento de gesti\u00f3n de personas\u201d, y su misi\u00f3n no es otra que la de atraer y fidelizar talento para mejorar la organizaci\u00f3n y ofrecer una atenci\u00f3n sanitaria de la mejor calidad a los ciudadanos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"CuerpoA\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Dispuestos siempre a colaborar con iniciativas pioneras en este sentido, Ribera Salud ha participado recientemente en el programa Aqu\u00ed Talento Comunidad Valenciana (<\/span><\/span><span class=\"Hyperlink0\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aquitalentocv.com\/\">https:\/\/aquitalentocv.com<\/a><\/span><\/span><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">), dirigido a j\u00f3venes en su \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de estudios o reci\u00e9n titulados, y que nace \u201ccon el objetivo de identificar y poner en valor el talento emergente de la Comunitat Valenciana\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"CuerpoA\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">El director de Gesti\u00f3n de Personas de Ribera Salud, Salvador Sanchis, ha liderado la colaboraci\u00f3n en esta iniciativa, pionera en la b\u00fasqueda de talento joven y su selecci\u00f3n para ofrecer un programa de formaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfico, dirigido a empresas \u00e1vidas de savia fresca, entusiasmo y ganas de trabajar. \u201cSi en todas las organizaciones las personas son importantes, en el sector Salud son el eje principal\u201d, asegura Salvador Sanchis. Por eso, todos y cada uno de los casi 6.000 profesionales que trabajan en Ribera Salud son el motor de un grupo sanitario que busca todos los d\u00edas poner en valor el conocimiento y las habilidades de cada uno de sus profesionales. \u201cPero sin olvidar su actitud y lo que aporta a la organizaci\u00f3n\u201d, a\u00f1ade Sanchis.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"CuerpoA\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Es por eso que Aqu\u00ed Talento Comunidad Valenciana, con la colaboraci\u00f3n de Ribera Salud, ha trabajado el perfil de los mejores 40 solicitantes del programa, ofreci\u00e9ndoles formaci\u00f3n y la oportunidad de demostrar su aptitud, pero tambi\u00e9n su actitud, ante algunas de las principales empresas de la Comunidad Valenciana.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"CuerpoA\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Ribera Salud es una de las empresas que m\u00e1s empleo ha generado en la Comunidad Valenciana en los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os. Adem\u00e1s, su pol\u00edtica de recursos humanos aplica el <i>Pay for performance<\/i>, es decir, valora la aportaci\u00f3n que cada trabajador o trabajadora hace a la organizaci\u00f3n, que se traduce en una retribuci\u00f3n variable. \u201cPorque todos no aportamos lo mismo y eso debe reconocerse, como hacemos en nuestro modelo\u201d, explica Sanchis, al tiempo que a\u00f1ade: \u201cSiempre hemos huido del caf\u00e9 para todos\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"CuerpoA\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Porque, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es el talento? El director de Gesti\u00f3n de Personas de este grupo lo resume en cuatro ideas: \u201cTalento es conocimiento, habilidades, aptitud\u2026 pero tambi\u00e9n actitud, que es lo m\u00e1s importante\u201d. Sanchis explica que \u201clas organizaciones hoy sabemos c\u00f3mo medir el conocimiento y la experiencia\u201d pero, reconoce, \u201ces m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil medir la actitud del profesional en la organizaci\u00f3n, comprobar que estamos alineados en valores, dado que de este modo el profesional se sentir\u00e1 integrado e identificado en lo que hace \u00e9l y su organizaci\u00f3n y por lo tanto, pondr\u00e1 en mayor medida sus conocimientos y habilidades al servicio de la organizaci\u00f3n. Esto es actitud\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"CuerpoA\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Y \u00bfqu\u00e9 perfiles busca Ribera Salud? Salvador Sanchis lo ha explicado a los participantes del programa Aqu\u00ed Talento Comunidad Valenciana. \u201cBuscamos personas con mucha creatividad, proactivas, con inquietudes, dispuestas a estar siempre al d\u00eda, y que pongan a los ciudadanos y los pacientes en el centro de su trabajo\u201d, asegura.
